Are the diagrams a digital or physical product?

The diagrams are only available digitally as a PDF to make it easier for you to access them whenever and wherever you need them :)

No physical product will be shipped.

A shipping address is only included as some credit card companies require this in addition to a billing address to process your order.

Do The diagrams come in any other colours?

The diagrams are only available in one neutral colour at the moment but you can add editable versions to your order at the bottom of this page which will allow you to edit the colours, fonts, text, etc. in Canva :)

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product, I'm unable to offer refunds. If you have any issues, please contact me at info@sciencebecomesher.com and I'll be more than happy to work with you on a resolution :)

How do I access these?

Once you've made your purchase, you'll be redirected to an order summary which will provide you with the links to download the PDFs. You'll also be sent this in an email (to the email address you provided at checkout)

Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive the email and check your spam folder. Some payment methods (particularly Link) seem to take longer to process.

If for any reason, the download links have not worked and you have not received the email within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact me at info@sciencebecomesher.com and I'll get it rectified straight away :)

If you add the editable versions, you'll receive a separate email asking you to finish setting up an account to access everything.

Can I print copies for all my staff?

Absolutely! You can print as many copies as you like for your business.

Can I resell these?

No, these diagrams are copyrighted and not for resale.

Are these editable?

These diagrams aren't editable as they're in PDF format, if you'd like editable versions, please add that option to your order at the bottom of this page which will allow you to edit the colours, fonts, text, etc. in Canva :)

Can I Post These On My Social Media?

These diagrams are designed for printing and using in clinic. However, the editable versions are perfect if you also want to use them for social media as you can easily change the colours and add your branding/logo. You do not need to credit me when you post these.

Can I Just Buy The Add-On Products Separately?

You can but they won't be available at the discounted price.

Can I Add On The Editable Versions At A Later Date?

What's The Difference Between This And Your Skincare Canva Template Library?

Great Question! The template library contains editable versions of ALL my diagrams, charts, and graphics as well as the client handouts, mini ebooks, captions, and reels ideas/templates. If you already have the Template Library, you do not need to purchase these diagrams as you'll already have full access :)
